Plating Tanks
We make plating tanks suitable for fast acting chemicals of latest plating technologies. The tanks are normally made of MS and lined with flexible PVC sheets. The flexible PVC sheet is cut to suit the contour of the tank with minimum weld joints. The rubber based adhesive is used to glue the sheet to MS. The tank and sheet surface is prepared for perfect bonding. The weld joints are tested with spark test for leak proof joints. The weld joints are then covered with specially made V shaped PVC strip. For very crucial requirement the lining can be done in two layers. Normally lining thickness is 3 to 5 mm.
